Question 1

What's free, and what does Premium add?

Accepted Answer

The free plan gives you 2 child profiles and the full Kindergarten to Grade 5 curriculum, with no credit card needed. Premium adds up to 5 child profiles, new lessons kept topped up (the free plan gets 1 new lesson per subject each day), more talk time with Mo (30 minutes, then a 2-hour break), Mo's help inside lessons, and custom lessons.

Question 2

How secure is my child's data?

Accepted Answer

We never sell your child's information and we never show ads. Your family's information is protected with encryption, secure storage, and access controls.

Question 3

Is the Walkie-Talkie with Mo safe for my child?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Mo is an AI learning buddy, not a person, so there are no strangers and no typing. Your child's speech is turned into text by the phone's built-in speech service from Apple or Google. Memo Kids never records or stores audio, and only text is sent to Mo. On the free plan, your child can talk with Mo for 5 minutes, then Mo takes a 24-hour break.

Question 4

What age group is this for?

Accepted Answer

Memo Kids is designed for children aged 5 to 11, Kindergarten through Grade 5. Lessons adjust their difficulty to how your child is doing.

Question 5

How much screen time is needed?

Accepted Answer

Not much. Each lesson is about 10 questions, so a session fits easily into a busy family routine. On the free plan, your child gets 1 new lesson per subject each day.
